Ensuring your personal data is safe and accurate
We ensure that your data is kept safely on our systems and have put measures in place to help guard against any accidental loss, destruction or damage of personal data.
We only collect and record data about individuals that is necessary for us to perform treatments or marketing activity and nothing more. As our information is collected from the individuals directly, we assume that this is correct at the time of collection and offer provision for our data subjects to update their details at any time if the information held becomes inaccurate (see below ‘Data Subject Rights’).

Features Beauty will never share its customers or potential customer’s data with any other businesses, individuals outside of our company or any third parties except to help prevent fraud, or if required to do so by law.

We will hold data on individuals until we are directed otherwise by the Data Subject (customer) we are required to retain this data in order to provide treatments to you and keep record of all services/treatments provided to you. Data Subject Rights
As one of customers, you have several rights in regard to the data we store about you.
The Right to Access your Data

The Right to Rectify the Data we hold
You can make changes to the data we hold about you if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete. You can do this by emailing us at hello@features-beauty.co.uk.
The Right to Be Forgotten
When you unsubscribe from our marketing emails using the link provided in our footers, we will no longer send you emails. However your record will remain in our database for 30 days. This allows us to generate reports on why an unsubscribe has occurred, to help us to get our communications right for other subscribers. After this time, your record will be completely deleted from our system.
Should you for any reason require the immediate complete deletion of your details from our database, you have the right to request this. You can do this emailing us at hello@features-beauty.co.uk.
The Right to Data Portability
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, in order to share this with other companies or organisations. You can request a copy of your data by emailing us at hello@features-beauty.co.uk.
The Right to Restrict Processing
In certain circumstances you have the right to block or pause the processing of your data, but still retain your record on our database. For example if you believe the data we hold about you is incorrect, you may not wish to hear from us until the inaccuracy is rectified.
