The following T&C's apply to both BYO Spa Day & Children's Spa Days.

Booking

​

Once Features Beauty has received your form, a member of the team will reply within 72 hours.

 

Once your date has been confirmed via email, we require a 50% booking fee immediately which will be sent via a payment link. NO spa days are confirmed until the deposit has been received.

 

After the booking fee is received, you have 24 hours to change your mind, after this the booking fee is non-refundable. 

 

The remaining balance will be due 14 days prior to the date booked. Please note that no spa days can commence unless payment has been received in advance.

please note that one adult is required to stay for the duration of children's spa days.

Changes 

​

Once your booking has been confirmed, we are only able to make changes to the date (if we are given at least 7 days notice).

 

we are unable to make changes to anything else within the agreed package, such as treatments or food so please ensure you choose correctly upon booking.

Cancellations 

​

All booking fees are non-refundable after 24 hours of receipt. Should you wish to move or cancel your spa day we kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days notice, due to the amount of time and therapists these block out there will be no exceptions.

Cancellations within 24 hours of booking - Admin fee only (£10 per person)

Cancellations over 24 hours of booking - 50% charge 

Cancellations  within 7 days - 100% charge

No shows - 100% charge

The above policy applies to each person attending. Therefore if someone within the party is no longer able to attend the fees still apply. 

 

in rare circumstances, we may be able to fill the slot. if we are able to do this you will be notified and any fees paid can be used to rebook your spa day or you can apply for a refund of 50%. please note that the booking fee is non-refundable.

FORMS 

​

we require the main contact of every spa day to fill out a form on behalf of each guest attending. please ensure all info given is correct to avoid issues on the day.

 

children's spa days will require parental consent for every individual child, these forms will be sent to the main contact and must be passed to the appropriate parent/guardian to be filled out prior to the spa day.

 

it is the responsibility of the main booking contact to ensure these are completed, or we will not be able to go ahead with any treatment.
