These Terms & Conditions apply to all wellness events, workshops, masterclasses, retreats and experiences organised by Features Beauty Sussex Ltd (“Features Beauty”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”). By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.
Bookings & Payments
- All event bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Event spaces are limited and bookings are secured only once payment has been successfully received.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or unless the event is cancelled by Features Beauty.
- Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed otherwise by Features Beauty.
- Tickets must not be resold without prior written permission.
- A maximum ticket limit per person may apply depending on the event.
Cancellations & Transfers
If you are unable to attend an event, please notify us as soon as possible.
Tickets are non-refundable; however, where sufficient notice is provided, we may allow your ticket to be transferred to another person or future event at management discretion. Transfers are not guaranteed and may not be possible for all events.
If an attendee fails to attend without notice, the booking will be forfeited.
Event Changes
Features Beauty reserves the right to:
- Change event schedules
- Alter class timings
- Change instructors, speakers or venues
- Modify event content where necessary
Minor changes may occasionally be made to ensure the best possible experience. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
In rare circumstances beyond our control, events may need to be postponed or cancelled. Where this occurs, attendees will be offered either a transfer to a future event, a credit note, or a refund where appropriate. Refund requests following postponement must be made within 30 days of the postponement announcement.
Features Beauty cannot accept responsibility for additional costs incurred by attendees, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.
Health, Fitness & Participation
Some events may include activities such as Pilates, yoga, stretching, breathwork, meditation, wellness treatments and fitness or movement sessions.
By attending, you confirm that you are physically fit and medically suitable to participate. Guests participate in all activities entirely at their own risk.
If you are pregnant, injured, have allergies, medical conditions or health concerns, you must inform a member of the team prior to participation so we can guide you safely.
Features Beauty and associated instructors reserve the right to refuse participation in any activity where we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
Some activities or treatments may involve optional physical adjustments or touch. Participation is entirely voluntary and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
No alcohol or recreational substances are permitted before or during the event.
Food, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Where food or drinks are provided, attendees are responsible for notifying us of any allergies, dietary requirements or medical conditions prior to the event. Whilst we will always try to accommodate requirements where possible, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments. Attendees consume all food and beverages at their own risk.
Goodie Bags & Complimentary Services
Goodie bag items, complimentary treatments, vouchers, promotional gifts or training sessions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary alternatives. Any complimentary services provided by third-party businesses remain subject to the individual business’ own booking, cancellation and treatment policies.
Photography & Social Media
Photography and videography may take place during events for marketing, promotional and social media purposes. By attending an event, you consent to potentially appearing in photographs or videos unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
Guests are welcome to share content online; however, we kindly ask that all content shared remains respectful to other attendees, instructors and businesses involved.
Age Requirements & Accessibility
Events are designed for attendees aged 18+ unless otherwise stated. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
If you have accessibility requirements or require additional support, please contact us prior to the event so we can accommodate you where possible.
Late Arrivals
To maintain the flow and atmosphere of the event, late entry may not always be possible once sessions have begun. We kindly ask all attendees to arrive on time.
Third-Party Providers
Some events may involve external instructors, venues, collaborators or independent businesses. Whilst we carefully select our partners, Features Beauty cannot accept responsibility for the individual services, advice or conduct of third-party providers.
Personal Belongings
Attendees remain responsible for their own belongings during events. Features Beauty accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items.
Environment & Behaviour
We aim to create a calm, welcoming and respectful environment for all attendees. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees from an event without refund where behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, aggressive, inappropriate or intoxicated.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Features Beauty shall not be liable for:
- Injuries sustained during participation
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control
- Third-party services or venue issues
Nothing within these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
