Treatments cannot proceed without the required consultation documentation being completed.

Independent Practitioners
Some practitioners operating within Features Beauty work as independent businesses. Where you book with an independent practitioner, relevant appointment, consultation and treatment information may be shared with them for the purpose of managing your booking and treatment history. - Cloudflare, Inc. – content delivery and website security.
- Google Analytics (Google LLC) – website usage analytics, only where you give consent.
- Plausible Analytics – privacy-friendly aggregate analytics; sets no cookies and collects no personal data.
- Smash Balloon – embeds of our Google reviews and Instagram feed; these load only where you give consent.
- OpenStreetMap – map tiles on our Contact page.
- Complianz – cookie consent management on this website.
- WP Mail SMTP – reliable delivery of email sent from our website (e.g. enquiry-form notifications).
Some providers are based outside the UK.
